Ordering & Customization
Can I customize my order?
Yes! Most of our products are fully customizable including names, logos, colours, sizing, fonts, and wording. If you have a specific vision in mind, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Can I upload my own logo or design?
Absolutely. You can upload your logo, artwork, or inspiration images when placing your order or email them to us after checkout. For best results, vector files such as AI or PDF are preferred.
Do you provide design proofs or mockups?
Yes. Design proofs are available for certain custom orders before production begins. Minor adjustments are included. Please ensure all spelling, sizing, and details are reviewed carefully before approval.
Can you match brand colours?
We do our best to closely match brand colours whenever possible. Please note that colours may appear different depending on lighting, materials, and screen settings.
What if I don't like the mock-up?
Each custom order will have 2 revisions. After that, it will be $50 per revision.
How long does production take?
Most orders are completed within 3–7 business days depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. We always ask for 10 business day just to be safe.
Do you offer rush orders?
At this time, rush production is not available. We always strive to finish all orders as fast as possible but also want to make sure it is our best work. Please email us if there is an urgent request and we can always consider it depending on the amount of orders we have at the time.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available for customers within the GTA. Pickup details will be provided once your order is ready.

Why is my acrylic product scratched? What happens if it arrives broken?
Acrylic scratches very easily. We offer the option of leaving the mask on UPON REQUEST. Please make sure to let us know if you want this.

We also wrap all of our acrylics with specialty paper and bubble wrap to avoid damages. We take great care in packing all items for shipping. However, we can't control how drivers handle the packages. If there is anything wrong, please make sure to contact us within 48 hours.
Can I wipe my sign?
Absolutely. You just need to make sure it is a damp microfiber cloth. You can also use a paint brush that has soft bristles to brush off dust gently.
What material do you use?
We use high quality premium 1/8" acrylic.
Why do I see glue on my product?
We use very strong bonding cement glue to make sure your acrylic stays on properly. It is normal to see glue residue around the text or images. We do try our best to make sure this does not happen by using templates to lay out everything properly but sometimes, the glue can spread.
