All items are final sale.

All products are made-to-order and custom produced, therefore we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all details submitted (including names, spelling, dates, and customization requests) are correct at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence.

Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

Resolutions are provided at our discretion.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may or may not be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the nature of the issue. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations & Changes

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Carrier-related damages

These issues must be addressed with the shipping carrier directly, though we will assist where possible.

Color & Material Variations

Due to differences in screen displays, lighting, and materials, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects.
