Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage reported within the required reporting period.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.

4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

You agree that all information provided during checkout (including names, spelling, dates, and custom details) is accurate. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

All custom and personalized orders are produced based on the information, specifications, dimensions, spelling, layouts, and approvals provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all mockups, proofs, measurements, spelling, dates, colours, sizing, and custom details prior to approving production. Once approval has been provided and production has begun, changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be possible.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of acrylic fabrication, slight variations in colour, placement, alignment, finish, engraving depth, mirrored surfaces, lighting appearance, and material characteristics may occur and shall not be considered defects.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including designs, logos, graphics, images, and text, is the property of MIMIT Design Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Custom designs created by MIMIT Design Studio remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that products will appear exactly as displayed on screen due to variations in materials, lighting, and display settings.

Acrylic products are fabricated using industry-standard production methods, including acrylic cement adhesives and specialty bonding materials. As a result, minor adhesive marks, glue residue, microbubbles, slight edge variations, or small cosmetic imperfections may naturally occur during the manufacturing and assembly process and shall not be considered defects.

Mirror acrylic products may also display slight variations due to reflection, backing materials, lighting conditions, viewing angles, and the nature of mirrored surfaces. Each item is handmade and may contain slight differences that are inherent to custom acrylic fabrication.

Production and shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to order volume, material availability, shipping carrier delays, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for inspecting orders upon delivery. Any shipping damage, defects, or order issues must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs of the packaging and products.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIMIT Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

In all circumstances, the total liability of MIMIT Design Studio shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

MIMIT Design Studio shall not be responsible for damages, injuries, losses, wall damage, installation failures, improper mounting, misuse, handling errors, or improper display of products after delivery or pickup.Customers are solely responsible for ensuring products are installed, mounted, and used safely and appropriately.

8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
