Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All items are made-to-order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is shipped.

​

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, customization, and seasonal demand. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

​

Shipping rates are calculated after you place your order. One of our customer service representatives will reach out if you'd like a quote. We currently only ship within Canada.

​

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on location and external factors.

​

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays.

​

Shipping Carriers

​

We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Dragonfly and FedEx. Carrier selection is determined based on destination and availability.

Tracking Information

​

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

​

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

​

MIMIT Design Studio is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Packages marked as delivered

​

If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

​

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

​

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

​

Local Pickup

​

Local pickup is available between 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM Monday-Friday.

​

• You will be notified via email when your order is ready

• Pickup instructions will be provided at that time

• Orders must be picked up within 2 weeks after notification.

​

We are not responsible for delays in pickup once your order is ready.
